Job Title: Salesforce CRMA Consultant

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce CRM Analytics (CRMA / Tableau CRM) Consultant to join our team on a 6-month contract. The consultant will be responsible for designing and delivering interactive dashboards, dataflows, and actionable insights using Salesforce data. This role requires a strong understanding of CRMA tools and the Salesforce data model, with the ability to collaborate effectively with business stakeholders to meet analytics needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain CRMA dashboards using AQL, SOQL, and JSON.
Design and optimize dataflows and recipes to transform and prepare data for analytics.
Integrate and manipulate Salesforce data to support business reporting and decision-making.
Ensure dashboards are efficient, responsive, and aligned with performance standards.
Apply knowledge of Salesforce data models, permissions, and security to ensure appropriate data access and visibility.
Collaborate with business teams to gather requirements and translate them into scalable analytics solutions.
Troubleshoot issues and optimize existing CRMA assets.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
5+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce CRMA (formerly Tableau CRM).
Strong proficiency with AQL (Analytics Query Language) and SOQL.
Experience creating and managing JSON-based dashboards.
Proficiency in building and optimizing dataflows and recipes.
Deep understanding of Salesforce data model and security architecture.
Experience in dashboard performance tuning and optimization.
Salesforce CRMA Certification is a plus.
Strong communication skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams.
