It operates globally, offering innovative, human-centered solutions tailored to both large-scale infrastructure and intimate community environments.

This company is seeking a hands on software engineering manager to lead their dynamic technology team and help build enterprise-grade applications that support their design and operations across the globe. Required Skills And Experience
  • Bachelor's in Computer Science or related field (Master's preferred)
  • 10+ years in software development, including 5+ years in technical leadership
  • Proven ability to lead and mentor teams, aligning technical work with business goals
  • Strong expertise in .NET, C#, JavaScript frameworks (Angular, React), Azure cloud architecture, Database design and API integration and DevOps practices
  • Skilled in Agile/Scrum methodologies and project delivery
  • PMP, Scrum Master, or similar certification required
  • Experienced in stakeholder management, budgeting, and resource planning
  • Strong communicator with a track record of driving modernization and change
  • Familiar with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and Power Platform
  • Knowledgeable in security best practices and compliance
Nice To Have
  • AI/ML integration
  • Docker, Kubernetes, and microservices
  • Terraform or other IaC tools
  • CI/CD with Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions
  • AWS/Google Cloud Platform experience (multi-cloud)
  • Knowledge of data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR)
  • Low-code/no-code platforms (e.g., Power Platform)
  • Open-source contributions or technical writing/speaking
What You Will Be Doing
  • Lead software development and integration projects from concept to deployment
  • Guide and mentor technical teams, promoting growth and best practices
  • Ensure delivery of custom applications, system upgrades, and data integrations
  • Define development standards and manage technical debt
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align solutions with business goals
  • Provide architectural guidance and oversee resource planning
  • Drive continuous improvement, team development, and performance management
  • Manage third-party vendors and ensure code quality across all projects
