Responsibilities: As the Lead Fullstack JavaScript Developer, you will play a pivotal role in leading the design, development, and deployment of our healthcare applications. Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading a team of developers in designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable and secure healthcare applications using React.js and Node.js.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define requirements, design architecture, and develop technical solutions that meet the needs of healthcare professionals and patients.
- Ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintaining the security and privacy of patient data throughout the development lifecycle.
- Mentoring and coaching junior developers, fostering a culture of learning and continuous improvement within the team.
- Participating in code reviews, providing feedback, and implementing best practices to ensure code quality, performance, and maintainability.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Fullstack JavaScript Developer, with expertise in React.js and Node.js.
- Previous experience working in the healthcare industry, with a strong understanding of healthcare processes and regulations.
- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and experience implementing security measures to ensure compliance.
- Strong proficiency in frontend technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with a focus on building responsive and accessible user interfaces.
- Experience with backend development using Node.js and knowledge of database systems such as MongoDB or PostgreSQL.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
