We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ServiceNow Financial Services Operations (FSO) Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a strategic technical leader responsible for designing and delivering robust, scalable, and secure solutions on the ServiceNow platform, with a specific focus on the Financial Services industry. This role will involve close collaboration with business stakeholders, product owners, and development teams to translate business needs into technical solutions. A key responsibility will be to lead the creation of a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) to demonstrate value and accelerate adoption.
Responsibilities
- Solution Architecture & Design:Lead the design and implementation of end-to-end ServiceNow FSO solutions, including workflows for claims, operations, and customer service. Translate business and technical requirements into an architectural blueprint, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards and long-term goals.
- MVP Development & Delivery:Take the lead in defining, scoping, and delivering a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) to quickly validate business value and provide a foundation for future development.
- Technical Leadership:Act as a subject matter expert for the ServiceNow platform, providing architectural guidance and mentorship to development teams and stakeholders.
- Integration & Automation:Design and implement complex integrations between ServiceNow FSO and other enterprise systems using tools like IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP APIs, and MID Servers.
- Stakeholder Engagement:Collaborate with business leaders, product owners, and other teams to understand their objectives and translate them into a clear ServiceNow roadmap.
- Governance & Best Practices:Define and maintain platform governance, ensuring solutions adhere to ServiceNow architecture guardrails, best practices, and security standards.
Qualifications
- Experience:
- 8+ years of progressive experiencein technology architecture and implementation, with at least 3 years of hands-on experience as a ServiceNow architect.
- Proven experience leading the architecture and design for large-scale programs.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver complex technology projects on time and on budget.
- Technical Skills:
- Deep expertise in the ServiceNow platform, with a focus on Financial Services Operations (FSO)and/or Customer Service Management (CSM).
- Proficiency in scripting languages used in ServiceNow, such as JavaScript and Glide API.
- Strong understanding of data modeling, CMDB design, and platform data strategies.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps tools.
