Job Title: Business SME LoanIQ
Location: Remote (Work in EST hours) | Occasional onsite in NY, Manhattan
Note: Candidate should be in EST Time Zone Locations only
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Business SME / Senior Analyst to join a critical enhancement project for a Loan Servicing System (LoanIQ). The role focuses on creating operational documentation, facilitating process alignment, and managing data migration tasks to support the successful upgrade of syndicated and bilateral loan processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Process Documentation
- Analyze and update current operation flow charts for Syndicated and Bilateral loans.
- Design new flows for non-Agented loans.
- Collaborate with Loan Department users to validate and refine flows.
- Document detailed operation manuals with screenshots and procedures.
- Resolve issues uncovered during process reviews.
Data Migration
- Transform legacy data from Excel/PDFs into a standardized upload format for the new system.
- Support UAT and pre-migration data validation.
Stakeholder Coordination
- Facilitate consensus-building among business users, IT teams, and vendors.
- Act as a liaison between system teams and business operations for smooth integration.
Must-Have Qualifications
- 10+ years' experience in banking or financial services, consulting, or system integration.
- Deep knowledge of loan operations / loan servicing workflows.
- Experience in documenting business processes and operation manuals.
- Familiarity with system implementation phases including UAT and data migration.
- Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access.
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Hands-on experience with Loan Servicing Software: LoanIQ, ACBS, Sopra.
- Understanding of loan data models and system configuration tables.
- Experience in project or program management.
- Japanese language skills (nice to have).
