Work activities:

  1. Evaluate current data (HRMS and budget) and business processes related to position control. a. Request and analyze extracts of current HRMS data and sample budget workbooks.
  2. Create a list of business processes related to position control.
  3. Review existing business process documentation.
  4. Conducting follow-up interviews with subject matter experts as needed.
  1. Draft findings and recommendations, which will include: a. Complete a gap analysis on the current organization structure and the implementation of Position Control
  2. Detailed report on the number of positions that will need to be updated to implement into a Position Control structure
  3. System requirements
  4. Recommendation for successful implementation
  5. Process changes required

Skills/experience of the assigned staff:

  • At least 5 years of domain knowledge in HRMS/HRIS/HCM/EBS
  • Primary skills in Oracle EBS HRMS, PLSQL and SQL
  • Has experience designing and implementing position control for large complex organizations, preferably government clients.
  • Excellent analytical abilities, good verbal and written communication
