Description
We are looking for a skilled Network Analyst II to join our team in Greater Cleveland, Ohio. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation, security, and maintenance of network systems, servers, and related technologies. This position offers the opportunity to work with a diverse range of tools and platforms to support both technical infrastructure and organizational needs.
Responsibilities:
Install, configure, and manage network systems, including Microsoft Windows and Linux servers, hypervisor hosts, and virtualized environments.
Monitor and secure routers, switches, storage solutions, and uninterruptible power supplies to ensure optimal performance.
Administer and troubleshoot server software, ensuring smooth operations and addressing issues proactively.
Manage data backups, replication processes, and test environments to safeguard critical information.
Design, develop, and test disaster recovery plans to maintain business continuity.
Provide advanced technical support for network connectivity and user applications, resolving complex issues efficiently.
Set up and maintain audiovisual equipment such as projectors and video conferencing systems.
Collaborate with medical device personnel to ensure seamless integration and support.
Implement structured cabling solutions to maintain reliable network connections.
Requirements
At least 4 years of experience in network administration or related roles.
Expertise in firewall technologies, including Fortinet Firewalls.
Proficiency in managing routers and switches.
Strong knowledge of Active Directory and local area network (LAN) configurations.
Hands-on experience with Linux systems and Office 365.
Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure and Amazon Web Services (AWS).
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve connectivity issues effectively.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills to manage complex technical environments.
