Job Details

We are looking for a skilled Salesforce QA & Developer who can contribute to both quality assurance and development efforts in our Salesforce ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Salesforce development (Apex, LWC) and automated/manual testing of Salesforce applications and integrations.

Key Responsibilities:

< data-start="722" data-end="750">Development Duties:</>

  • Design and build Salesforce solutions using Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce pages.

  • Implement and test integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.

  • Customize Salesforce with validation rules, workflow rules, and process automation tools (Flows, Process Builder).

  • Write efficient SOQL queries and optimize data operations.

  • Work with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems like GitLab.

  • Utilize Salesforce metadata and deployment tools such as Change Sets and Salesforce DX.

  • Conduct functional, integration, and regression testing for Salesforce features and integrations.

  • Test APIs and external systems using Postman, SOAP UI, or equivalent tools.

  • Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium, Cucumber, or similar frameworks.

  • Identify, log, and verify resolution of defects.

  • Partner with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to ensure solutions meet business needs.

  • Provide technical support and resolve issues in a timely manner.

  • Create test plans, test cases, and technical documentation for ongoing development and testing efforts.

  • Maintain documentation of integration workflows and platform processes.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

  • 5+ years of experience in Salesforce development and QA.

  • Strong understanding of Salesforce platform architecture and best practices.

  • Proficient in tools such as GitLab, Salesforce DX, Postman, Selenium, and Cucumber.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I/II, Administrator).

  • Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.

  • Familiarity with Jira or similar ticketing systems.
