Key Responsibilities
- Ensure adherence to the overall project schedule and milestone plan.
- Align and facilitate toll-gate reviews in coordination with stakeholders.
- Present consolidated project status reports to the Steering Committee.
- Lead and drive regular project governance meetings for issue escalation and decision-making.
- Manage project risks and mitigation plans effectively, maintaining a risk register.
- Drive change management initiatives and support organizational adoption of S/4HANA Public Cloud.
- Own and execute stakeholder communication plans to ensure transparency and engagement.
- Track and validate project deliverables to ensure alignment with defined scope and quality.
- Monitor and report on say/do ratio and partner accountability.
- Facilitate timely business user availability for key project phases (SIT, UAT, training, etc.).
- Ensure comprehensive data management (including leading Data cleansing by and migration activities for successful cutover to S/4HANA Public Cloud.
- Advocate for standard SAP best practices, minimizing customizations where possible.
- Ensure compliance with the Statement of Work (SoW) in all project deliverables and commitments.
- Coordinate dependency and integration management between business and IT workstreams.
- Track issue logs and ensure timely closure of action items.
- Support audit and compliance documentation during project lifecycle.
- Act as a bridge between business, IT teams, and Genpact for cross-functional alignment.
- Ensure alignment with SAP Activate methodology phases and deliverables, especially fit-to-standard workshops.
- Ensure timely Release Upgrade Testing in line with SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud release cycles.
- Facilitate access provisioning - including SharePoint, S/4HANA systems, and documentation for all project managers.
