Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Lead / Lead Software Engineer to lead the architecture, development, and successful production delivery of Angular-based applications. This role requires a strong blend of hands-on Angular expertise, technical leadership, and cross-team collaboration in an enterprise environment.

The ideal candidate will serve as the primary front-end technical leader, ensuring alignment across teams, tools, and processes while delivering high-quality, scalable solutions within defined timelines.

 

Key Responsibilities

·         Lead the front-end architecture, design, and development of Angular applications

·         Own Angular projects from design through production deployment

·         Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to development teams

·         Conduct code reviews and ensure delivery of high-quality, maintainable code

·         Identify and resolve delivery bottlenecks related to people, processes, and tools

·         Collaborate with infrastructure and platform teams to ensure seamless deployments

·         Ensure alignment of tools and processes across teams and avoid duplication

·         Enforce enterprise development standards and best practices

·         Communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

 

Required Skills & Qualifications

·         7–10+ years of professional software development experience

·         Proven experience building and leading Angular-based applications

·         Advanced proficiency in:

·         Angular (latest versions)

·         TypeScript, RxJS

·         HTML5, CSS3, SCSS

·         Responsive UI design

·         Strong understanding of:

·         Front-end architecture and modular design

·         API integration

·         State management and performance optimization

·         Hands-on experience with:

·         C#, .NET, SQL

·         Relational databases

·         Back-end integration concepts

·         Strong knowledge of Git and version control best practices

·         Experience leading matrixed teams in an enterprise environment

·         Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills

 

Preferred Qualifications

·         Exposure to DevOps pipelines, CI/CD, and automated testing

·         Experience with enterprise-scale applications

·         Knowledge of modern front-end trends and emerging web technologies

·         Experience with document composition or design tools is a plus
