Job Details

Title: OSS/BSS Architect
Location: Philadelphia, PA
Duration: Fulltime with the client
Visa: Independent status those authorized to work in USA only apply, No C2C

Job Description:
Must-Have Technical / Functional Skills:
In-depth expertise in Telecom OSS/BSS platforms or eCommerce/Retail systems.
Experience in leading digital transformation initiatives and enhancing legacy systems.
Strong business and system analysis skills to bridge IT and operational requirements.
Preference for experience with Wireless Service Providers.
Bonus points for exposure to MSO (Multiple System Operator) systems.
Familiarity with TM Forum eTOM, SID, and TAM models (preferred but not mandatory).
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the Solution Architect for OSS/BSS systems and lead modernization, enhancement, and integration initiatives.
Act as a business solution partner, working closely with stakeholders to gather and analyze operational, business, and product requirements.
Lead requirement mapping, gap analysis, and provide system improvement recommendations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, design, and implement scalable solutions aligned with enterprise objectives.
Analyze the existing technology environment and develop solution prototypes; participate in technology evaluation and selection.
Provide consulting and guidance on OSS/BSS-related initiatives and technology directions.
Ensure solutions comply with architectural standards, policies, and governance frameworks.
Lead and support end-to-end delivery across OSS/BSS modules and associated business processes.
Document and share domain knowledge and best practices to support IT strategy and architectural planning.
