Role Name: Performance Test Lead
Location: Local (Cincinnati)-Onsite

Role Description:
The Performance Test Lead will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing performance testing activities using NeoLoad. This role focuses on ensuring application reliability, scalability, and responsiveness under various load conditions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in performance scripting, test execution, endurance testing, and comprehensive reporting, as well as strong leadership and communication skills.
Must Have Skillsets:
- Strong enterprise level experience with performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner).
- Hands-on experience with NeoLoad for scripting, execution, and reporting.
- Strong knowledge of performance testing concepts: load, stress, endurance, scalability, and capacity planning.
- Proficiency in analyzing system metrics (CPU, memory, network, database) during tests.
- Provide guidance on integrating NeoLoad tests into CI/CD pipelines, including sample scripts and best practices.
- Experience with test data management, environment setup, and monitoring tools.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and lead cross-functional teams.
- Draft executive summaries, detailed performance reports, and visualizations for stakeholders.
- Summarize findings, draft talking points, or prepare presentations for meetings with technical and business teams.
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
