Targeted Years of Experience: 5-7 years
LOCATION: Yuma, AZ Only
Supporting basic field operations, Purchasing, and network management projects.
JOB DUTIES:
Interacting with 1ERP PO creation program, working with fiscal responsibilities
Interacting with Field Operations personnel, assisting with troubleshooting field/cell site issues.
Interacting with upper management on specific projects to be named later
Requires field visits in the Northern California/Northern Nevada footprint for special project completion (reimbursed for miles)
MUST HAVE SKILLS:
Good financial acumen
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Suite (PC)
Knowledge of telecommunications equipment and technologies
Team player with excellent communication skills
Vendor management experience
Escalating issues to the appropriate internal/external engineer teams for resolution.
Performing triage, fault isolation, and remediation of network events.
EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree or two or more years of work experience
REQUIRED SHIFT:
Standard 9-5 with some remote work opportunities and off schedule support.
