Required Education/Experience level:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or the equivalent of 4 years professional related IT experience
Preferred Licenses/Certifications:
Microsoft Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert or equivalent
Required Experience, Knowledge & Skills:
Proven experience in enterprise architecture, preferably within Microsoft 365 ecosystems
Deep understanding of Microsoft 365 Copilot, Entra ID, and related AI-driven productivity tools
Strong knowledge of identity and access management, including RBAC and PIM
Experience with cloud-native architecture, API integrations, and automation frameworks
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
Preferred Experience, Knowledge & Skills:
Experience in automotive or manufacturing enterprise environments
Familiarity with digital workspace standards and governance models
Responsibilities:
Lead the architectural design and integration of Microsoft 365 Copilot services across Group's digital workspace ecosystem
Collaborate with enterprise architects, product owners, and business stakeholders to align Copilot capabilities with strategic business objectives
Define and maintain architectural standards, governance models, and integration patterns for Copilot services
Ensure compliance with Group's security, privacy, and data governance policies
Provide technical leadership and guidance during implementation phases, including pilot programs and scaled deployments
Monitor and evaluate the performance and adoption of Copilot services, recommending enhancements and optimizations
Act as a liaison between the Microsoft Solutions Team, Microsoft, and internal teams to ensure alignment and continuity
Document architectural decisions, integration blueprints, and operational procedures
Additional Details:
This role is critical to maintaining continuity and ensuring the long-term success of the M365 Copilot initiative
This team is open to candidates with AI experience specific to M365 engineering or architecture, particularly those who have a foundational understanding of Copilot
They are willing to train the right individual, as this is a highly specialized role
