Job Title: Senior Business Analyst Case Management System Project
Work Location: Onsite Atlanta, Georgia (No remote work)

Candidate must be able to work in-office 5 days/week and must be available to travel up to 10% within the state
Job Description:
- Elicit, analyze, and document business and functional requirements
- Serve as liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams
- Conduct user interviews, workshops, and working sessions
- Develop screen designs, process flows (Lucidchart), and user stories (JIRA)
- Define project scope, milestones, and deliverables
- Create user documentation (user guides, training materials)
- Participate throughout SDLC phases: requirements, design, UAT, implementation
- Conduct organizational change management (OCM) and user acceptance testing (UAT)
- Facilitate project team meetings and stakeholder communications
