Sr. Infrastructure Manager

EXCITING NEW JOB OPENING for a Sr. Infrastructure Manager to join our client, fulltime that is headquartered in Neenah, Wisconsin. This role will report to the CIO/VP IT and be responsible for managing all of Infrastructure. This is a hands-on working manager responsible for Sr. level Infrastructure Support as well as managing the team. This role requires a strong strategic vision and understanding of technology within the business and how to carve out strategy from tactical movement. If you are passionate about infrastructure, security, and solving real-world problems in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, then this is the role for you!

The ideal candidate will have solid hands-on experience. Excellent communication skills are a must and a strong desire to partner with the business. This role will be responsible for a high-level Infrastructure management but at the same time not be afraid to get his or her hands dirty. The right candidate will enjoy mentoring Junior Infrastructure team members and challenging those Advanced Infrastructure team members. This role will be responsible for leading and being involved in implementations, maintenance efforts, and outages and troubleshooting.

Required Skills:

  • 5+ years Infrastructure Management
  • Hands-on experience with Zscaler and Intune
  • Microsoft Technology Stack background
  • Experience partnering with business
  • Strong Microsoft network and security background
  • Strong leader, personnel manager, and mentor for the team
  • Customer Service Oriented
  • Experience mentoring junior and advanced Infrastructure team members
  • Bachelor s degree
