Job Description:

• We are seeking a highly skilled Program Manager with 10 to 12 years of experience to join our team.
• The ideal candidate will have expertise in SQL, Microstrategy, and MS Power BI.
• Experience: 10 - 12 years

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
• Oversee project planning, execution, and monitoring to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
• Provide strategic direction and guidance to project teams, ensuring effective collaboration and communication.
• Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and risk management plans.
• Utilize SQL, Microstrategy, and MS Power BI to analyze data, generate insights, and support decision-making processes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements, objectives, and deliverables.
• Ensure effective resource allocation and utilization to maximize project efficiency and effectiveness.
• Monitor project performance and implement corrective actions as needed to address any issues or risks.
• Facilitate regular project meetings and provide updates to senior management and stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project management processes and methodologies.
• Foster a positive and productive work environment, promoting teamwork and collaboration.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and standards throughout the project lifecycle.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of best practices and lessons learned from previous projects.

Qualifications:

• Possess a strong background in SQL, Microstrategy, and MS Power BI with the ability to leverage these tools for data analysis and reporting.
• Demonstrate excellent project management skills, including planning, execution, and monitoring.
• Exhibit strong leadership and team management abilities, with a focus on achieving project goals.
• Showcase effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
• Have a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Display strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities to address project challenges.
• Hold a relevant certification such as PMP or PRINCE2 to validate project management expertise.
• Certifications Required : PMP or PRINCE2 certification is required.
