We are looking for a Digital Engineering Team Lead (Manager) to support our Marketing and Corporate Communications Technology Services team. The Opportunity:

Fisher Investments is looking for a Software Engineering Manager to lead the design, development, and continuous improvement of our Client Portal and Learning Management System (LMS). This role is critical to delivering secure, scalable, and globally compliant digital experiences for our clients. You will bring deep experience in client portal delivery within the financial services industry, a strong understanding of global regulatory standards, and proven technical leadership in Azure-native development and Salesforce Experience Cloud. You will report to the Vice President, Marketing and Corporate Communications Technology Services.

The Day-to-Day:
  • Lead engineering teams responsible for delivering Fisher Investments' client-facing digital platforms, including our client Portal and LMS
  • Collaborate with Product, UX, Marketing, Compliance, and Architecture teams to align our goals with technical execution
  • Oversee delivery of secure, solutions with high availability (HA), disaster recovery (DR), and global scale in mind
  • Ensure platform performance for 100K+ concurrent users while maintaining top-tier reliability and data integrity
  • Drive development and integration using technologies such as Salesforce Experience Cloud, Azure-native services, Sitecore XM, Akamai CDN, and multi-media delivery platforms
  • Ensure robust data security, privacy, and regulatory compliance across global regions (e.g., GDPR, GLBA, SEC, FINRA)
  • Implement scalable architectures that support personalized content delivery and modern learning experiences
  • Promote Agile best practices and a DevOps culture to refine delivery and increase velocity
  • Foster an inclusive, engineering culture with a focus on mentoring and team development
  • Experience with personalized content delivery, OTT platforms, and LMS tools that support rich media learning is preferable
  • Knowledge of AI/ML-driven chat-bots, recommendation systems and analytics platforms

Your Qualifications:
  • 7+ years of software development experience
  • 3+ years experience leading cross-functional engineering teams
  • Proven track record delivering client portals in the financial services industry
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud, Azure PaaS/IaaS services, CMS, and enterprise-grade LMS platforms
  • Deep knowledge of HA/DR strategies, CDN technologies (e.g., Akamai), and secure authentication systems (e.g., Okta, Auth0)
  • Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements affecting financial services and global digital experiences with strong project leadership, stakeholder management skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline

Compensation:
  • $145,000-$200,000 base salary per year in the state of WA - New hires should expect to start at the lower end of the range depending on experience
  • Eligible for a discretionary bonus based on firm and individual performance
