Role: Oracle SaaS Subscription Management / Billing Functional Consultant
Location: Davidson, NC 28036 (100% Remote or 100% Onsite acceptable; preference for candidates near Davidson, NC) Duration: 12+ Months
Experience Required:
6 8 Years overall experience with 2 3 full lifecycle Oracle Cloud implementations
Technical / Functional Skills:
Strong functional knowledge in Oracle Fusion Subscription Management, Billing, and Revenue Management
Expertise in Subscription lifecycle setup creation, renewal, termination
Proficiency in Billing schedules, pricing, invoicing, and Revenue Recognition (ASC 606 / IFRS 15)
Integration experience with Receivables (AR), Payables (AP), and Projects modules
Hands-on exposure to Portfolio and Contract Management
Deep understanding of Oracle R12 AR, OM, and Projects, including migration to SaaS
Experience in R12-to-SaaS process mapping, fit-gap analysis, and data migration
Configuration experience in SaaS modules, workflows, and reporting
Familiarity with OIC (Oracle Integration Cloud) and handling quarterly SaaS updates
Experience & Implementation Background:
Strong experience delivering end-to-end Oracle Cloud Subscription or BRM implementations
Prior exposure to R12 Subscription or Recurring Billing processes
Understanding of R12 coexistence / migration models
Roles & Responsibilities:
Conduct requirement gathering sessions and lead functional workshops with business stakeholders
Configure SaaS Subscription and Billing modules, document solutions, and validate functional designs
Support all project phases SIT, UAT, cutover, go-live, and post go-live hypercare
Collaborate with technical teams on integration and data conversion activities
Deliver user training and functional documentation
Ensure alignment of SaaS configurations with finance and revenue business processes
Managerial & Soft Skills:
Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
Solid understanding of financial, billing, and revenue recognition business processes
Ability to work independently in global, cross-functional teams
