HEALTHCARE FULLSTACK - PYTHON/REACT JS
12 month initial contract
Targeting Rate -55/w2

Key techs: Python, ReactJs, Google Cloud Platform, Rest API, FHIR or other healthcare systems
Our client is seeking a Full Stack Python/ ReactJS Software Engineer. This resource will support healthcare data initiatives including an application modernization and AI chatbot integration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and enhance modern front-end features using React.js
- Design and implement scalable, cloud-native RESTful APIs using Python
- Integrate portal features with AI chatbots and backend systems
- Collaborate with data teams to access and manipulate data from BigQuery, Spanner, and MongoDB
- Ensure responsive UI/UX designs with a focus on performance and scalability
- Follow CI/CD practices using tools like Cloud Build, Git, or simila
- Collaborate across product, engineering, and data science teams
- Ensure Google Cloud Platform best practices and security compliance are followed
Must Haves:
- 10+ years of full stack development experience
- Strong experience with React.js (hooks, state management, component libraries)
- Advanced backend development using Python (Flask, FastAPI preferred)
- Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform) must have experience using:
- Google Cloud Platform services like Pub/Sub, Cloud Functions, or App Engine, BigQuery and Spanner
- Solid experience building and consuming RESTful APIs
- Familiar with CI/CD pipelines, Git workflows, DevOps collaboration
- Prior experience working in healthcare environments
- Claims platform knowledge is highly preferred
Nice to Have:
- Experience integrating AI chatbots (Vertex AI, Dialogflow, or 3rd-party APIs)
- Understanding of FHIR standards or health data privacy requirements
- Exposure to GKE or containerized microservices
