Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated Account Manager with junior to mid-level experience in IT services. The role involves managing client relationships, supporting sales activities, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure successful service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and nurture existing client accounts within the IT services domain
Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients
Coordinate with delivery, technical, and sales teams to meet client requirements
Support account growth through upselling and cross-selling opportunities
Ensure timely communication, reporting, and issue resolution
Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and account documentation
Monitor account performance and maintain long-term client relationships
Required Skills & Qualifications:
2 5 years of experience as an Account Manager in an IT services company
Understanding of IT services, solutions, and delivery models
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities
Basic knowledge of sales processes and client engagement
Proficiency in MS Office / CRM tools
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working with offshore/onshore delivery teams
Exposure to IT services such as application development, support, cloud, or digital solutions
Education:
Bachelor s degree in Business, IT, or a related field
