Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated Account Manager with junior to mid-level experience in IT services. The role involves managing client relationships, supporting sales activities, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure successful service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and nurture existing client accounts within the IT services domain

  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients

  • Coordinate with delivery, technical, and sales teams to meet client requirements

  • Support account growth through upselling and cross-selling opportunities

  • Ensure timely communication, reporting, and issue resolution

  • Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and account documentation

  • Monitor account performance and maintain long-term client relationships

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 2 5 years of experience as an Account Manager in an IT services company

  • Understanding of IT services, solutions, and delivery models

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities

  • Basic knowledge of sales processes and client engagement

  • Proficiency in MS Office / CRM tools

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with offshore/onshore delivery teams

  • Exposure to IT services such as application development, support, cloud, or digital solutions

Education:

  • Bachelor s degree in Business, IT, or a related field
