Job Details
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary administrator for the Sage Intacct ERP system
- Manage user access, roles, permissions, and security settings
- Configure modules, workflows, and dimensions based on business needs
- Develop and maintain custom reports, dashboards, and financial statements
- Collaborate with finance, IT, and business stakeholders to ensure the system meets evolving needs
- Perform regular system audits and data integrity checks
- Coordinate system upgrades, patches, and new module implementations
- Troubleshoot issues, escalate as needed, and manage resolution processes
- Support integration of Sage Intacct with third-party applications (e.g., expense, payroll, CRM systems)
- Train users and create documentation on Sage Intacct best practices
Required Skills & Experience:
- 3+ years of experience as a Sage Intacct Administrator or similar role
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial workflows
- Experience configuring General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, and Cash Management modules
- Proficiency with Intacct Custom Report Writer (ICRW), dashboards, and smart rules/events
- Experience integrating Sage Intacct with systems like Salesforce, Expensify, Bill.com, etc.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills
- Knowledge of APIs, CSV imports, and data migration is a plus
