Enterprise Services Application Administrator

Job Details



A consumer products company in Florida is currently seeking an experienced professional to join their staff as their new Enterprise Services Application Administrator. In this role, the Enterprise Services Application Administrator will be responsible for providing IT support across various areas, including configuring, installing, maintaining, and repairing equipment.

Responsibilities:

The Enterprise Services Application Administrator will:



  • Coordinate system upgrades and installations, ensuring stability and service levels

  • Provide first-line assistance to internal team members with desktop computing challenges

  • Monitor network performance, troubleshoot system errors, and oversee Wi-Fi networks

  • Maintain equipment, including POS systems, workstations, and routers

  • Perform other duties, as needed


Qualifications:



  • 2+ years of experience as a Computer Technician and/or IT Desktop / Field Support

  • High School Diploma / GED

  • Previous Meraki Dashboard Training; xStore Training and other related IT professional certification

  • Experience working with network and server management support

  • Up-to-date knowledge of new systems, information, software, and upgrades

  • Great interpersonal skills

  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Highly organized
