Role Overview:
Designs, develops, tests, and implements customer communication workflows using the Quadient Inspire Platform. Builds and integrates APIs in accordance with established architecture frameworks and guidelines, ensuring solutions are secure, scalable, and optimized for performance. Collaborates with internal and external teams to resolve inquiries related to data inputs/outputs, usage objectives, strategic alignment, and adherence to quality assurance and control standards.

Experience Required:

5+ years of relevant professional experience

Technical Skills:

Quadient Inspire Platform: Expertise in Designer, Scalar, Content Manager, Automation, Interactive, and Approve Workflow modules
API Development: Hands-on experience with REST, SOAP, and other API protocols
Programming Languages: Proficient in JavaScript, Shell scripting, and Java
Databases: Strong working knowledge of SQL
Version Control: Experience using GitHub
Customer Communications Management (CCM): Familiarity with Precisely EngageOne Platform (preferred)
