Title: Learning Technology Deployment Lead
Location: Chicago, IL (60607) / Remote
Employment Type: 6+ Month W2 Contract (No C2C or sponsorship available)

Job Description:
Talent Groups is seeking a Learning Technology Deployment Lead to collaborate with Global IT and international markets on the rollout of high-impact learning initiatives. This role is central to executing our Learning Transformation Strategy and enhancing the digital learning experience across global audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead deployment of Learning & Development initiatives aligned with global strategy.
  • Build strong relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver engaging, effective learning experiences.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for learning platforms and tools, educating users on features and best practices.
  • Manage complex projects with clear milestones, timely communication, and risk mitigation.
  • Collect and share user feedback to inform product improvements and align digital learning initiatives across markets.
  • Support People team initiatives and foster a culture of experimentation and continuous improvement.
  • Mentor and develop junior team members to support career growth and skills development.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor s degree or 10+ years of relevant experience.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud-based learning platforms (LMS/LXP); preferred: Saba Cloud LMS, EdCast LXP.
  • Proven track record in system implementations and process documentation.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint).
  • Strong data analysis skills and ability to generate actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities across all organizational levels.
  • Comfortable presenting to global audiences and working with stakeholders from diverse cultural backgrounds.
  • Skilled at translating business needs into technical requirements.
  • Highly organized, self-directed, and comfortable working in ambiguity.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Power BI and/or Tableau.
  • Familiarity with franchise operations or supporting global users across various roles and regions.
