Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Full Stack Developer with strong banking domain expertise to design, build, and support enterprise-grade applications. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience developing applications from the ground up, integrating secure authentication using Azure AD / Entra ID SSO, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams in a regulated financial environment.

This role requires hands-on technical leadership, strong architectural skills, and the ability to work in a hybrid onsite model in New York City.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using modern front-end and back-end technologies

  • Build enterprise applications from scratch, including architecture, design, development, and deployment

  • Develop secure authentication and authorization solutions using SSO integrated with Azure AD / Entra ID

  • Work closely with Business Analysts to understand functional requirements and translate them into technical solutions

  • Collaborate with QA teams to ensure high-quality, well-tested deliverables

  • Participate in system design discussions, code reviews, and architectural decisions

  • Ensure applications comply with banking industry standards, security policies, and regulatory requirements

  • Troubleshoot production issues and provide ongoing support and enhancements

  • Mentor junior developers and contribute to best practices and coding standards

  • Coordinate with infrastructure, DevOps, and security teams as needed

Required Qualifications

  • 10+ years of professional experience as a Full Stack Developer

  • Strong IT project experience in the banking or financial services industry

  • Proven hands-on experience with SSO implementations using Azure AD / Entra ID

  • Demonstrated experience building applications from the ground up

  • Strong understanding of secure application development and enterprise architectures

  • Experience working in cross-functional teams, including QA and BA teams

  • Excellent communication and documentation skills

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)

  • Experience with cloud platforms (Azure preferred)

  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices

  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments

  • Knowledge of microservices architecture and RESTful APIs

  • Prior experience supporting high-availability, mission-critical systems
