Job Details

Client is looking for a Lead ServiceNow Developer to support the development of ServiceNow Customer Service Management (CSM) module that is used by Customer Service agents within FEP and associated Blues plans.

Its a CTH role

Required Experience:

  • 8+ years overall IT experience
  • 5+ years ServiceNow development experience (3+ years of development experience plus some administration experience can be considered)
  • Experience building a Customer Service Management module within ServiceNow
  • Experience with ServiceNow UI Builder
  • Experience with ServiceNow Configurable Workspace
  • Experience developing ServiceNow APIs
  • Certified ServiceNow Application Developer
