Job Details
Responsibilities:
Implements, configures, and maintains network equipment including routers, switches, firewalls,
and wireless access points.
Monitors network performance and troubleshoots network issues to ensure optimal uptime and
efficiency.
Assists in the design and implementation of new network solutions and improves
resilience of the current network.
Ensures network security through implementation of company standards and best
practices.
Performs regular network maintenance and upgrades.
Collaborates with other IT teams to resolve complex technical issues and provide network-related
support.
Maintains network documentation and standard operating procedures.
Participates in the planning and implementation of disaster recovery procedures for network
systems, including maintaining current backups, images, and snapshots
Stays current with emerging network technologies and industry trends.
Assists in managing relationships with network service providers and vendors.
Provides technical guidance and mentoring to Community Technology Support Coordinators.

Qualifications:
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Network Engineering, or related field or commensurate level of experience is required.
Work Experience:
Minimum 5 years relevant experience is required, including experience in network administration and engineering, working with Network Access Control (NAC) solutions, and utilizing common packet capture tools such as Wireshark, TCPDump, etc. At least 2 years of experience working with DAS and enterprise phone systems is required.
Certification:
Cisco networking CCNA is required.
CCNP Preferred.
