Role: Lead IS/U Customer Service Architect

Description:
The SAP IS-U Customer Service Architect is a senior role requiring deep utilities industry expertise, strong technical skills, and the ability to align diverse stakeholders around a unified customer service solution.
The architect is responsible for translating complex business requirements into end-to-end solution blueprints, overseeing integration across IS-U/CIS, FI-CA, Billing, Device Management/AMI, and CRM/CX.
The role includes leading workshops and governance forums, supporting digital transformation and strategic roadmapping (often on S/4HANA), advising workstreams on cutover, data conversion, testing, and OCM, and acting as SME for technical and functional issues.
It also involves producing key project deliverables (design and configuration documents, functional specs, migration specs, test scripts, training materials) and providing leadership and mentoring to project teams.
