We're searching for a skilled Data Modeler to design and implement data models that support our business objectives. You'll collaborate with data architects, engineers, and analysts to ensure data integrity and optimize performance.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain logical, physical, and conceptual data models.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into data models.
  • Optimize data models for performance, scalability, and flexibility.
  • Ensure data models adhere to industry standards and best practices.
  • Document data models, data flows, and data dictionaries.
  • Work with data engineers to implement data models in databases and data warehouses.
  • Participate in data governance initiatives to ensure data quality and consistency.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in data modeling and related technologies.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience as a Data Modeler or in a related role.
  • Strong knowledge of data modeling principles and best practices.
  • Experience with data modeling tools (e.g., ER/Studio, Erwin, PowerDesigner).
  • Proficiency in SQL and experience with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle).
  • Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and big data technologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Experience with data governance and data management practices is a plus.
  • Relevant certifications in data modeling or related fields are a plus.
