About the Role
We are seeking a Salesforce Developer to design, build, and maintain scalable solutions on the Salesforce platform. This role partners closely with business stakeholders, administrators, and technical teams to translate requirements into high-quality, maintainable Salesforce applications that support business processes and growth.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and deploy Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and declarative tools
Customize and extend Salesforce functionality across Sales, Service, Marketing, and/or Experience Clouds
Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools
Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and refine requirements
Ensure solutions follow Salesforce best practices for performance, security, and scalability
Write clean, testable, and well-documented code, including unit tests
Participate in code reviews, deployments, and release management
Troubleshoot and resolve Salesforce-related issues in production environments
Contribute to system architecture, data models, and technical documentation
Required Qualifications
Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer or similar role
Strong hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce declarative tools
Experience with Salesforce data modeling, security, and sharing rules
Familiarity with integration patterns and APIs
Experience with version control and deployment tools (e.g., Git, CI/CD, Salesforce DX)
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I/II, JavaScript Developer, or equivalent)
Experience with specific Salesforce Clouds (Sales, Service, Marketing, Health, or Experience Cloud)
Familiarity with DevOps tools (Copado, Gearset, or similar)
Experience with SOQL, SOSL, and complex data migrations
Exposure to Agile or Scrum development environments
