Job Title: Senior Business System Analyst IES

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced Business System Analyst (BSA) with a strong background in Integrated Eligibility Systems (IES). The ideal candidate will have 12 15 years of overall experience in business and systems analysis, including 5+ years working on IES-related projects, preferably in the healthcare, public sector, or government benefits domain.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze and document business requirements for complex IES implementations and enhancements.
Work closely with stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to gather, validate, and translate business needs into functional specifications.
Lead JAD sessions, gap analysis, and business process mapping activities for eligibility and enrollment systems.
Support end-to-end SDLC processes including UAT planning, testing coordination, and change management.
Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations related to eligibility determination and benefit programs.
Required Skills:
12 15 years of experience in business/systems analysis with large-scale enterprise systems.
Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in IES (Integrated Eligibility Systems).
Strong understanding of Medicaid, SNAP, TANF, or other eligibility-based programs.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.
Experience with Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies.
