Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced Business System Analyst (BSA) with a strong background in Integrated Eligibility Systems (IES). The ideal candidate will have 12 15 years of overall experience in business and systems analysis, including 5+ years working on IES-related projects, preferably in the healthcare, public sector, or government benefits domain.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and document business requirements for complex IES implementations and enhancements.

  • Work closely with stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to gather, validate, and translate business needs into functional specifications.

  • Lead JAD sessions, gap analysis, and business process mapping activities for eligibility and enrollment systems.

  • Support end-to-end SDLC processes including UAT planning, testing coordination, and change management.

  • Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations related to eligibility determination and benefit programs.


Required Skills:

  • 12 15 years of experience in business/systems analysis with large-scale enterprise systems.

  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in IES (Integrated Eligibility Systems).

  • Strong understanding of Medicaid, SNAP, TANF, or other eligibility-based programs.

  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.

  • Experience with Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies.
