Position Overview:

In this exciting Business Analyst role, you'll be at the forefront of transforming data into actionable business strategies. Analytical and results-driven Business Analyst with a strong track record of identifying business needs, uncovering data-driven insights, and implementing solutions that drive strategic growth. Adept at bridging the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders, using tools such as SQL, Excel, Tableau, and Power BI to turn complex data into actionable recommendations. Experienced in gathering and documenting requirements, mapping processes, and supporting cross-functional teams in delivering scalable solutions. Passionate about leveraging data and business intelligence to solve real-world problems and improve operational efficiency.

Location: Onsite and Hybrid (Connecticut)

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and objectives.
- Conduct detailed business analysis and provide insights to support decision-making processes.
- Develop and document business processes and workflows.
- Identify and analyze key performance metrics to track business performance.
- Prepare and present reports and recommendations to management.
- Assist in the development and implementation of business strategies.
- Work with cross-functional teams to support various projects and initiatives.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel; experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Experience with data analysis tools and techniques.
- Knowledge of project management principles and practices.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
