Required Skills & Experience
5+ years of experience supporting Office 365 / Microsoft 365 platforms
Expertise with SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, Exchange Online
Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps)
Strong understanding of Microsoft security & compliance features
Experience in tenant administration and configuration
Scripting proficiency (PowerShell preferred)
Desired Skills & Experience
Microsoft Certifications (MS-700, MS-500, etc.)
Experience with hybrid M365/Exchange environments
Knowledge of identity and access management (Azure AD, MFA)
Experience with Microsoft Viva or Loop
Exposure to enterprise change management and governance processes
