Now Hiring: ServiceNow HRSD Architect

Location: REMOTE WORK

Duration: 6 12 Months (Contract)

We re seeking a ServiceNow HRSD Architect to lead the end-to-end design, development, and implementation of HR workflows and employee service centers within the ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) module. If you're a hands-on expert with a passion for building best-in-class HR solutions on the ServiceNow platform, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the architecture and implementation of ServiceNow HRSD solutions
• Design and configure key HRSD modules: HR Services, HR Criteria, Catalog Items, Assignment Rules, Security Configurations, and Notifications
• Develop custom workflows, applications, UI policies, and UI Builder interfaces
• Facilitate discovery and design sessions with internal teams and clients
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex platform issues to ensure performance
• Create design documents, technical specs, and support documentation
• Provide training and knowledge transfer to client teams

Required Skills & Certifications:

• 5+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Architect
• Strong background in HR processes, case management, and knowledge management in ServiceNow
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Flow Designer, and Glide APIs
• Hands-on experience with REST/SOAP integrations
• ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect, Application Developer, and HRSD Implementation Specialist
• ITIL 4 Foundation Certified
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments
• Familiarity with CMDB and ServiceNow performance tuning
• Prior external client consulting experience
• Proven success in managing and directing multiple projects simultaneously
