Role Overview
Client is seeking an experienced Project Manager to support the high-profile Time to Pay (T2P) project, focused on payroll and workforce management system enhancements. This role will oversee complex integrations and system enhancements involving Kronos, ADP Payroll, and related technologies. You will work directly with the Digital Technology Solutions (DTS) CIO and Director, interacting with senior executives and cross-functional teams across IT, HR, Compliance, and external vendors. This is a high-visibility, high-performance role requiring a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Project Planning & Execution
- Build and manage the overarching Project Plan covering integrations across Kronos, ADP Payroll, and related enhancements
- Develop test plans (unit, integration, user acceptance, smoke testing)
- Maintain project artifacts, RAID logs, change logs, and decision tracking
- Develop and deliver weekly status slides and updates for executives and stakeholders
- Maintain and track progress using initiative-specific trackers and project plans
- Drive milestones, deliverables, and timelines; escalate risks and issues as needed
2. Access Management & Controls
- Oversee access requests and provisioning for contractors, consultants, and third-party vendors
- Monitor and align system access controls across core T2P systems as we move into Q4
- Coordinate with Security and Compliance to maintain robust access governance, segregation of duties, and SOX alignment
3. Service Request (SR) Management
- Manage and track ADP Service Requests (SRs) within the Siebel system
- Ensure all SRs are properly logged, prioritized, followed up, and closed
- Provide reporting and updates on SR status to leadership and stakeholders
Expected Key Deliverables
- Weekly and monthly status slides and executive updates
- Comprehensive project plans outlining dependencies, timelines, and owners
- Detailed trackers for initiatives, access, testing progress, and issue resolution
- Maintained logs for decisions, risks, issues, and change requests
Required Tools & Platforms
- Siebel (for ADP Service Requests)
- ServiceNow (for IT service management and tracking)
- Smartsheet (for project tracking and reporting)
- SharePoint (for document management and collaboration)
Required Qualifications
- 5 7 years of Project Management experience in HR/Payroll or IT system integration projects
- Demonstrated success managing cross-functional projects with multiple vendors and complex stakeholder environments
- Familiarity with PII (Personally Identifiable Information) handling and financial technologies in compliance-heavy settings
- Strong understanding of test management, including smoke testing, UAT, and validation artifacts
- Experience managing service requests/ticketing systems (e.g., Siebel, ServiceNow)
- Excellent executive communication skills, including preparing and presenting polished updates
- Full-time availability, including some weekends as needed for critical testing, cutover, or go-live periods
- Ability and commitment to work onsite at the Westchester campus (Chicago); travel to the office is required
Nice-to-Have (Optional but Valuable)
- PMP or equivalent Project Management certification
- Prior experience with SOX compliance, audit processes, and controls alignment
- Expertise working in global or multi-region environments
- Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tool skills
- Vendor management experience with Kronos, ADP, or similar platforms

- Works closely with: DTS CIO, Payroll Leaders, IT, Security, Compliance, HR, and external vendors
