Job Details
Requirements:
- 8 or more years of experience with the Texas Student Data System (TSDS) and data collections.
- Proficiency in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) design and defect tracking.
- Experience with technical writing for software release notes and promotion logic guides.
- Experience in resolving technical support tickets for Education Service Center (ESC) customers.
- Experience with Local Education Agency (LEA) data submission processes.
- Experience in training and mentoring team members on technical support procedures.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Research and resolve technical support tickets regarding complex data submissions.
- Design and execute user acceptance testing plans to validate system functionality.
- Create comprehensive technical documentation and software deployment release notes.
- Document and track software defects identified during the testing lifecycle.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align testing with established business requirements.
- Analyze feedback from end users to identify areas for system experience improvements.
- Conduct outreach to customers during peak data submission timeframes to resolve issues.
