Position: Technical Product Owner with Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)-
Location: Summit, NJ (Hybrid)
Duration: Long term
Job Description
- Own the product vision, roadmap, and delivery for the F360 data platform.
- Collaborate with FP&A stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable data solutions.
- Define and oversee the development of L0, L1, and L2 data layers for financial data assets.
- Prioritize and manage the backlog of data ingestion, transformation, and modeling tasks.
- Work closely with data engineers, architects, and analysts to ensure high-quality, performant data pipelines in Databricks and Snowflake.
- Ensure data governance, lineage, and security best practices are followed.
- Act as the primary point of contact between finance users and the technical data team.
- Monitor KPIs and continuously improve the product to support business needs.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as TPO for FP&A Data Platform
- Strong domain knowledge in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A).
- Proven experience with Databricks, Snowflake, and data Lakehouse architecture.
- Understanding of data modeling and the creation of L0 L2 data layers.
- Ability to translate financial reporting requirements into scalable data solutions.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
