Build and deploy cloud-native applications on Azure or AWS, ensuring scalability and security.
Manage version control using Git and web-based repositories (GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket) and collaborate via Jira and Confluence.
12+ years in electronic data processing systems study, design, and programming, with 9+ years leading project-based analysis and program development.
12+ years with Java open-source frameworks (Spring Boot, Spring Batch) and 9+ years with Angular JS, Bootstrap, and jQuery.
12+ years with Oracle 11g/19c, PL/SQL, and ETL processes.
7+ years developing or maintaining IT actuarial systems.
Extensive experience in using Git with web-based repositories (GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket) and Jira/Confluence for collaboration.
Experience designing, building, and deploying applications in Azure or AWS.
Familiarity with actuarial data models and insurance industry workflows.
Experience with additional cloud platforms or DevOps tools (Jenkins, Docker).
Knowledge of microservices architecture and API development.
Must demonstrate deep technical expertise in Java, Oracle, and cloud solutions, with a proven track record in actuarial systems and enterprise architecture.
