Seeking an experienced Contract Recruiter to support full-lifecycle recruiting in a fast-paced biotech/pharma environment. The role involves building diverse talent pipelines, partnering with hiring managers and HR, and delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management

• Build and maintain diverse candidate pipelines

• Partner with hiring managers, HR, and compensation teams

• Execute recruiting strategies and workforce planning initiatives

Requirements:

• 3+ years of recruiting experience in biotech/pharma

• Strong sourcing, interviewing, and closing skills

• Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
