About the Role:
100% remote
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Junior Sales Executive to join our team. Knowledge of Basic knowledge of IT services /solutions is desirable. This is a dynamic, high-impact sales role focused on hunting for new business opportunities so that candidate should be able to talk with potential clients of our offerings and try to get a foot in the door!! Subsequently the technical team will take over. The ideal candidate will have Min: 5 years of proven success in sales, specializing in new business development. The successful candidate will be responsible for prospecting, identifying, and closing new client accounts while building long-term relationships with key decision-makers across multiple industries.
Key Responsibilities:
- New Business Acquisition: Proactively seek out and identify new sales leads, opportunities to expand the company s client base.
- Sales Strategy Development: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to target high-value clients, focusing on prospecting, outreach, and lead conversion.
- Client Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with decision-makers and executives, understanding their needs and aligning solutions to meet those needs.
- Sales Targets & Performance: Consistently meet and exceed individual sales targets, contributing to the overall growth and success of the company.
- Market Research: Stay informed on industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics to identify emerging opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams such as marketing, practice, and delivery to ensure the sales process is seamless from prospecting to onboarding.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 3-5 years of successful sales experience, with a proven track record in hunting for new business in the US market and consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Market Knowledge: Strong understanding of the US market, including key players, trends, and challenges.
- Sales Skills: Expertise in lead generation, consultative selling, and negotiating complex deals.
- Relationship Building: Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with Junior-level decision-makers and executives.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively present to C-level executives.
- Solution Selling Experience: Preferred candidates should have experience selling enterprise software or packaged solutions that optimize costs, including Cloud, Robotic Process Automation, and GenAI.
- Staffing services - Knowledge of staffing technical resources will be helpful
