Summary:
We're looking for an Associate Product Manager to help develop our reporting tools for audience and campaign performance. You ll work with product, business, and engineering teams to deliver reporting solutions from clean room outputs to automated dashboards.

Responsibilities:
  • This role is ideal for someone with strong SQL skills, ad tech or RMN experience, and an analytical mindset eager to build the next-gen measurement stack from the ground up.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers to build tools that communicate advertising and campaign performance
  • Write and QA SQL queries to extract insights from clean rooms and validate reporting data
  • Partner with engineers, analysts, and BI teams to develop dashboards in Tableau or Looker
  • Support delivery of core reporting on audiences (e.g., overlap, new-to-brand), campaigns (e.g., impressions, ROAS), seller performance, etc.
  • Translating reporting needs into clear documentation, user stories, and timelines
  • Support rollout of attribution and incrementality reporting as more data becomes available
  • Help integrate reporting features with external APIs and partners
  • Contribute to early-stage automation and self-service features within reporting tools
  • Identify and drive improvements in reporting processes, tools, and data
  • Maintain thorough documentation on features, definitions, and usage
  • Act as a liaison between engineering, data, and business stakeholders to ensure needs are met

Qualifications:
  • 1-3 years of experience in product management, digital media, analytics, or related fields

Skills:
  • Strong SQL skills; able to independently write and troubleshoot queries
  • Experience building dashboards using Tableau or other BI tools
  • Understanding of media metrics (e.g., CPM, CTR, ROAS) and digital ad platforms
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with clean rooms, campaign attribution, or audience analytics
  • Familiarity with RMNs, digital advertising workflows, or media measurement
  • Understanding of concepts like audience segmentation, activation, and overlap
  • Experience writing product requirements and working with JIRA, Confluence, and Slack
  • Exposure to cloud data tools (Google Cloud Platform, BigQuery, AWS)

Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $54.14 - $54.14 /hr. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience and the benefits package you select. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages. Packages may include medical, dental, and vision benefits, 10 paid days off, 401(k) plan participation, commuter benefits and life and disability insurance.
