LOCAL CANDIDATE AUSTIN, TX(50Miles) and who are comfortable on W2

We are seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst to review, analyze, and evaluate business systems and user needs, and to translate those needs into effective system solutions. The ideal candidate will align technology initiatives with overall business strategies and bring strong experience in business process reengineering within an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review, analyze, and evaluate business systems, processes, and user needs

  • Formulate system solutions that align with overall business strategies

  • Lead and support business process reengineering (BPR) initiatives

  • Identify and recommend new applications of technology to solve business problems

  • Elicit, document, and manage business and system requirements

  • Collaborate with technical teams, stakeholders, and leadership

  • Support Agile delivery teams, participating in ceremonies and backlog refinement
