Location: New York, NY (Hybrid-3 days onsite), no 3rd party please

Duration: 3.5 months

My direct client is seeking a Project Manager (not an IT PM)with knowledge of Global Transaction Banking (ideally FX payments) to help on the business side to push the project forward, oversee steering committees, budget, timeline. Looking for 5-7 years experience.

Job Requirment:

  • Lead the Day-to-Day management of local/global projects in conjunction with global coordinators and subject matter experts.
  • Draft and maintain project tracking materials such as project plans, task lists, etc. of deliverables expected from stakeholders.
  • Work individually with various experts across the business, IT, and Support functions to collect and maintain tasks needed to complete initiatives
  • Incorporate requirements, limitations, and constraints from various parties to be incorporated into project documentation.
  • Collect and draft detailed Business Requirements documenting the needs and requirements of GTPS to implement new business initiatives
  • Coordinate UAT testing to confirm product meets specifications.
  • Oversee test case creation for user testing.
  • Provide coordination for post-production validation.
  • Coordinate all meetings required for a given project/change such as workshops, checkpoints, etc.
  • Understand business priorities of projects and requests. Assess business needs utilizing a structured requirements process (gathering, analyzing, documenting, and managing changes) to prioritize immediate business needs and recommends options, risks and cost vs. benefits.
