Job Details
Primary Talent Partners has an open 6 month W2 contract with a large real estate solutions client of ours in the Richardson, TX area!
The role will be paying in the range of $45.00-50.00/hr without PTO, benefits, etc (ACA-compliant healthcare available to opt-in to)
Experience & Education
- 2-3 years of impactful experience in creating data-driven products and productionizing ML models, while being mindful of data pipelines.
- entry level candidates can be considered if they demonstrate a strong understanding of learning algorithms and models.
- Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science/Engineering, Information Systems, or any other scientific discipline with relevant experience. A Master's/PhD with lesser but applicable experience is ideal.
Technical & Other Skills
- Proficient in sourcing, cleaning, manipulating, and analyzing large volumes of data.
- Strong understanding of algorithms underpinning various statistical and machine learning models, including regression, classification, clustering, optimization, and decision theory.
- Experience in supervised and unsupervised learning, including regression, forecasting, classification, NLP, decision, and search algorithms.
- Experience with agentic frameworks like LangChain and Semantic Kernel is a plus.
