Basic Qualifications (Must Meet All):

• Must be a United States Citizen (Required by U.S. Government Customer).
• Must have an active Secret clearance.
• Must have a CompTIA Security+ Certification or IAT Level I equivalent.
• Must have at least nine (9) to ten (10) years of direct experience as a software developer.
• Must have five (5) to ten (10) years of experience in PHP or WordPress
• Must have three (3) to ten (10) years of direct experience utilizing web-based technologies such as HTML5, JavaScript, or CSS3).
• Must have the ability to work with limited guidance in support of a Department of Defense customer while meeting all contractual requirements and obligations.
• Must have foundational understanding of US Section 508/WCAG 2.X Compliance requirements.

Position Overview:

Stillwater is seeking an experienced senior software engineer to join a client's team that is supporting a Department of Defense (DoD) contract in a remote environment. The contract will be supporting the modernization and infrastructure overhaul of a legacy web-based environment. PHP & WordPress are two of the legacy frameworks that will need to be replaced/modernized to meet the growing needs of the DoD customer and provide better support to the end user(s). The contract will encompass a large multi-functional team spread across a five (5) year contract term with three (3) option years.
