Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Benefits Cloud Consultant to join our team and support HR transformation initiatives for our US-based clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Oracle HCM Cloud, specifically Benefits module, with hands-on experience delivering solutions for US corporations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, configure, and implement Oracle HCM Benefits Cloud solutions tailored for US business requirements.

  • Analyze client needs and translate them into system configuration and process requirements.

  • Lead and participate in requirement gathering sessions, solution design, and user training.

  • Manage Benefits setup including eligibility rules, rates, life events, plan configurations, and reporting.

  • Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and IT stakeholders to ensure seamless integration.

  • Support data migration, UAT, and production deployment activities.

  • Troubleshoot, resolve, and document system issues within Benefits module.

  • Keep up-to-date with Oracle Cloud product releases and best practices.

Required Skills:

  • 4+ years of experience with Oracle HCM Cloud, with at least 2 years in Benefits module for US clients.

  • Strong understanding of US benefits plans (Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, 401(k), FSA/HSA, etc.).

  • Experience with eligibility profiles, rate configuration, enrollment processes, and ACA compliance.

  • Hands-on configuration of Oracle Fusion Benefits, Fast Formulas, and related integrations.

  • Excellent communication and client management skills.

  • Working knowledge of HR processes, regulatory requirements, and US labor laws related to benefits.
