Description:
We are looking for a Unified Communications Engineer who has the experience and knowledge necessary to assist with day-to-day activities associated with the Unified Communications team. Role includes support Microsoft Teams and Crestron Conference Room products. Ability to work independently on projects with occasional travel. We require someone who is capable of supporting, repairing and patching systems, vetting configurations, and running with day-to-day tasks and various projects.
**Hybrid | Stamford, CT **
Pay rate: $60-$65/hr w2
Due to client requirement, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.

Responsibilities:
- Support the Unified Communications team.
- Administer the enterprise telephony and video conferencing systems.
- Administer the enterprise deployment of Microsoft Teams and Crestron Conferencing Equipment.
- Create end-user training documentation for systems supported by the UCC team.
- Troubleshoot and repair conference room equipment on an as needed basis.
Experience Requirements:

- Administration, troubleshooting and issue resolution of Microsoft Teams and Crestron Conferencing Equipment
- Experience with SIP and H.323 protocols and endpoints. - SIP plays an important part, should know about it. Moved away from SIP when moving to Teams, there are still machines still regiustered in SIP. Have a DR solution for telephony. Have a lot of phones still regiutered as SIP devices.
- OS and application specific systems patching and management.
- Experience working with Windows Active Directory Domain Services. - knowing AD, knowing Citrix, don't need to be a system admin. Deployed Crestron, room account need s to be created in AD, messaging team will create it, account needs to be licesn ed, project work is hardening this work, computer should be in AD, joined in the Domain.
- Understanding of enterprise network protocols and services (TCP/IP, 802.11Q, DNS, DHCP, IIS).
- Creation and testing of end-user documentation.
- End-user assistance, troubleshooting, and training.

Education Requirements:
Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of experience in a technical telephony and/or video conferencing role
