Role Summary

As the Solution Architect, you will define the technical vision for Master Data Management (MDM), deployment, and integration architecture across key initiatives, including STEP, FOCUS, CI/CD, and automation PODs. You will ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with business objectives, working closely with technical teams, business stakeholders, and product owners to deliver future-ready systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and own architecture for STEP MDM, POS integrations, automation frameworks, and support workflows.

  • Establish and maintain technical governance, performance benchmarks, and key design principles.

  • Partner with POD architects and technical leads to validate feasibility and ensure optimal solution design.

  • Drive reusability, resilience, and observability across systems and components.

  • Collaborate with business and product owners to translate objectives into scalable, enterprise-grade architecture.

  • Oversee end-to-end technical decision-making ensuring adherence to best practices in security, performance, and maintainability.

Requirements

  • 12+ years in architecture or technical leadership roles, ideally in MDM, retail, or QSR (Quick Service Restaurant) systems.

  • Deep expertise in API design, data modeling, workflow orchestration, and enterprise integration.

  • Proven hands-on experience with DevOps, test automation frameworks, and security best practices.

  • Strong track record of client advisory, technical presentation, and stakeholder engagement.

  • Ability to navigate complex, multi-POD environments with competing priorities.
