Epicor Business Analyst

Position Overview: We are seeking a talented Senior Epicor Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience with Epicor ERP systems and a deep understanding of business processes within the manufacturing sector. As a Senior Epicor Business Analyst, you will play a key role in optimizing our Epicor platform to meet the evolving needs of our organization and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.


• Configure and customize the Epicor ERP system to align with business processes and objectives.


• Lead Epicor system implementations, upgrades, and enhancements.


• Provide guidance and support to junior analysts and end-users.


• Conduct training sessions to ensure effective utilization of the Epicor system.


• Perform system testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.


• Stay current with Epicor updates, trends, and best practices.

Qualifications:

• 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on Epicor ERP systems.


• In-depth knowledge of Epicor modules.


• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
